What is the UroLift System?
Our doctors are certified to administer the UroLift System treatment. This revolutionary treatment is a minimally invasive approach for treating an enlarged prostate. The UroLift holds the enlarged prostate tissue in a way that it is not blocking the urethra, eliminating any need to cut or remove the prostate tissue.
This treatment is safe and has been proven effective in relieving urinary tract problems related to enlarged prostate, or BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). With this treatment, we want to help you get back to your normal activities and resume your life.

How does it work?
A small implant is placed in the prostate to hold the lobes apart. This relieves compression on the urethra, allowing urine to flow normally again. This treatment can be performed in the doctor’s office under local anesthesia, which allows patients to return home the same day.

Step 1: The UroLift Device is placed through the obstructed urethra to access the enlarged prostate.
Step 2: Small UroLift Implants are permanently placed to lift and hold the enlarged prostate tissues out of the way and increase the opening of the urethra. The permanent implants are delivered through a small needle that comes out of the UroLift delivery device and into the prostate.
Step 3: The UroLift delivery device is removed, leaving an open urethra designed to provide symptom relief.
